Last two years Burning Man has been cancelled. I went anyways. Me and a pal. Who knew we would find others? We picked a random date in June with a full moon. A vision quest that did not disappoint.
The complete lack of light pollution made for a hevanly starscape, obscured by clouds that at one point opened up to me and I talked to God.
It was over a hundred degrees 4 out of the seven days. I loved it. Not easy to be in the middle of nowhere with unrelenting sun, but come night time, it cools off to something delicious and the party starts.
